The most awesome
These are not in order, in fact some are opposite of order. You should start at the bottom! go on.. scroll all the way down... Ill wait here for you. <3 Cheese, until it clogs the <3.
mmmm homemade chili
shot glass of chili and cheese and sr cream!
FINISHED!!! yum.. no that peice of bread does NOT count!
..so...full..
I must....finish....burger...(s)
Look at all those pretty insides!
Take (1) Portabella 6$ burger from Carl's Jr and (1) Bacon Cheeseburger 6$ burger.
Remove bottom bread from one and top bread from other.
Smoosh together.
Enjoy.
*note, do not trash talk your ability to finish it for if you do, you will become instantly full and still have 1/2 a ..or rather... 1 burger ...wait... 1/2 of 2 burgers to go.
Also, this was so amazingly delicious.
So many layers of deliciousness
this one had lunchmeat, the other had fried bologna
more mayo as a topper!
Homemade bread, homemade mayo with parm cheese and garlic, lunch meat, fried bologna, cheese, more cheese, more mayo, and eggwhite omlette (so it's healthy) filled with bacon
AHHHAAAAaaaahhhHHHHhhh.. Behold the glory of the Nachos.
Nachoday! chicken, meats or forgotton origin, jalapenos, cheese, more cheese, spices! nummy
and ...this lil piggie is for Bry.
This little piggie is for me.
My piggies! aka, Rice, sauce, cheese, bacon and lil bacon curly tails!
YAY! in case you didnt catch on... our house loves things with cheese on them.

Graduation cake
This cake was delicious and looked so nice 3 hours before we got there. but then the insides fell out a bit and the top slide off. i managed to put most of it back, lucky it was a PB&J sammie so it still looked good. the cake is lemon and raspberry cream filling and the grapes are mint cake truffles. I learn a lot each time i do a cake and this time i learned that if i am traveling with a cake over a long distance i need to assemble there or i need to cover the lot in fondant. So the first pics are of the cake b4 the trip and the last are the "disaster"
and then ...
but i was so happy cause, despite the cake becoming "difficult" it was devoured. there were 1/2 the grapes left and a single corner of the cake, 3inches or so. there were 2 sheet cakes there (store bought by other people ) that were hardly touched. I was definitely happy with it.
Also, because of it, i am making a wedding cake next month for 100ish people, just need to work out how much it will cost me. For now I plan, Hooray for cakes!!

CAKE!
These are the cakes I made inthe last month. I have improved substantially.
Birthday cake for roomie of BF's sister. covered in tiny icing lady bugs and each lady bug cake has a different face.
What I Learned: Dont try to take out a cake from the pan too soon. Super soft cake doesn't like to be frosted. If all else fails, Brighten up the colors.
Cake was white lady bugs and flower, and chocolate cake base with chocolate & peanutbutter filling.
Made this for BF's Sister's Best friend. Beach hut with ocean and big leaf door.
Things I Learned: 3am is no time to be decorating a cake. Pretzel sticks are a life saver. Put on the crumb beach 1st. Premaking leaves = so much easier.
I dont remember getting the plate back :-(, alas.
Easter cake was asked for 3 days before the delivery day. redonkulous! but is ok. First time working with fondant. Ill post my recipe later, I merged 2 popular recipes.
What I Learned:730 am is no time to STILL be decorating a cake. Fondant is sticky, but easy. Flowers are time consuming to make. Frosting must be thick and not runny and melty. Fondant is an easy fix for a lumpy cake. Dry cake+ spritz+steam= moist cake. Everybody loves lemon. Scratch cake isn't the devil. A cake covered in fondant takes smaller pieces per person.
my first every flower!
Everyone loved the cake and I got monies for it! My first monies cake!
